A. Information You Provide

- Customer support content: messages, attachments, and other information you choose to share.
- Content you create: restaurant entries, dining notes, timelines, spending details, voice memos, and photos you add.
By default, content you create is stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload, back up, sync, or otherwise transmit it through the Service.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
- Device information: device model, OS version, language, time zone, app version.
- Usage data: feature usage, in-app events, basic performance metrics.
- Crash and diagnostics data: crash logs and error reports.
C. Information We Collect With Your Permission
- Location (approximate or precise): only if you grant permission; you can change this in your device settings.
- Photos/media: only when you choose to add photos or media.
- Microphone: only when you choose to record voice memos.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service and manage accounts.
- Personalize your experience (e.g., organizing timelines and preferences).
- Improve the Service (troubleshooting, analytics, performance).
- Security (prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access).
- Support & communications about your account and Service updates.
- Legal compliance and enforcement of our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
4) Photos, Face Data, and Biometrics
- We do not perform facial recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers for identification purposes.
- We do not infer sensitive attributes from your photos.
- Photos remain on your device by default unless you choose to upload content.
- We do not use your photos/User Content for advertising profiling or marketing model training.
One-time processing & deletion: If you choose to upload an image or text for a one-time processing feature, we process it on Funre Team’s servers to generate the requested result, do not share the content with third parties, and delete the uploaded content promptly after processing is completed. You control whether to upload and whether to generate any output.
6) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or similar mechanisms.
7) Security
- Encryption in transit and (where applicable) at rest
- Access controls and least-privilege permissions
- Regular security reviews/audits and monitoring
- Backups and recovery procedures
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Data Retention
- Account data: for the duration of your account.
- After deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal/security needs).
- Usage/diagnostics: up to 12 months (generally aggregated/pseudonymized where feasible).
- Support content: up to 6 months after resolution (unless required longer).
9) Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or withdraw consent.
How to exercise rights: email mcmzrxik999559@outlook.com with your request and enough information to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 5 business days where feasible.
10) Children
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
11) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
