The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) The Service
Funre helps you create a personal archive of dining experiences, including capturing restaurant photos, writing dish notes, recording voice memos, organizing favorite places, browsing timelines of past visits, and managing spending details.
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
3) Accounts
Registration. You may need an account for certain features. You agree to provide accurate information.
Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4) Your Content
Ownership. You retain ownership of photos, notes, voice memos, and other entries you create (“User Content”).
License to operate. You grant Funre a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display User Content solely as necessary to provide and maintain the Service and features you request (e.g., syncing, backups, exporting, and one-time processing you initiate).
Your responsibility. You represent you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and it does not violate law or others’ rights.
We may remove or restrict access to User Content if needed to enforce these Terms or protect the Service.
5) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., malware, automated scraping, denial-of-service).
- Do not reverse engineer except where permitted by law.
6) Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information, including account data, usage analytics, crash logs, and (when you permit) location data.
7) Third-Party Services and Dependencies
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, infrastructure, email delivery, or analytics tools) to operate. Third-party services not controlled by us may be governed by their own terms and policies.

The Service (software, design, and branding) is owned by Funre or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.

Funre does not provide medical, dietary, legal, or financial advice.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funre will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.
In any event, Funre’s total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, unless a different limit is required by law.
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Funre and its team members from claims arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting mcmzrxik999559@outlook.com.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Service or comply with law.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Funre Team has its principal place of business.
Informal resolution. Before initiating a formal dispute, contact us at mcmzrxik999559@outlook.com to attempt informal resolution.
Binding arbitration. If not resolved informally, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under commercially reasonable procedures in the jurisdiction of Funre Team’s principal place of business, in English, and the decision will be final and binding.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought on an individual basis only, not as a class, collective, or representative action.
